Richard & Jeanie Tow have been pastoring churches in Texas, Iowa, and Missouri for the last twenty-five years.  They both attended Christian Assembly Bible College and Richard has his master's degree from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary.  They began pastoring Crossroads Christian Fellowship after the resignation of the founding pastors in September 2008.  In addition to co-pastoring with Jeanie, Richard is also a partner with the consulting firm, Hollingsworth, Sanders & Tow, LLC (www.NOConflict.com) and trains pastors in conflict management skills.  They have four grown children: Mark (Amarillo, TX),  Karol (Overland Park, MO), Jill (Springfield, MO) and Katie (Fallbrook, CA).  If you have any questions email them at JeanieTow@Gmail.com.
