One way of getting to know who we are and what we are all about is to take a look at what we value. Values are not proven by what we believe, but they are proven by how we behave. For example, you could say you value exercise and a well balanced diet. However, your spouse may describe your behavior more like being a couch potato eating fried potato chips. What you are is what you value. The following seven values are imprinted in our DNA, so to speak. This is who we are.

We value Being Real

Forget the phony-baloney. We will be genuine and not overtly pious or pushy.

We value Being Relational

Every person will be nurtured in their relationships with God, their family, their church, and their world.

We value Being Relevant

No longer will the church be 30 years behind the culture. We will be relevant in the way we present the Gospel and live out our lives.

We value Contemporary Worship

Consistent with our value to be relevant, our worship service will be contemporary in style, exalting the Lord and ushering people into His presence.

We value Gift-Oriented Ministry

Every person has God-given gifts to be discovered and used for service in the church and community.

We value the Development of Leaders

Growth is a process. Within that process we will intentionally raise up leaders who are capable, responsible, accountable and faithful.

We value Intentional Outreach

We will extend the Good News of God's love to other people through special events, networking relationships and church planting.
